We offer a variety of servicing options and Landlords Gas Safety Reports (LGSRs) starting from £60.
- LGSR — Full safety check, certification paperwork, inhibitor level test, cleaning of filters and traps, plus testing and replacement of battery fire and carbon monoxide (CO) alarms.
- Strip Down — Everything in the LGSR plus inspection and cleaning of the combustion chamber, and assessment of parts that may be likely to fail.
- Full Manufacturer’s Service — All of the above, plus replacement of any parts recommended by the manufacturer (recommended every 5 years).
- Power Flushing & System Restoration — We assess your heating system and carry out the work needed to keep it running reliably and efficiently. Many breakdowns we see are caused by poorly maintained systems that damage the boiler. Clean systems with correct inhibitor levels are cheaper to run, more reliable, and better for the environment.
